• Communicate with Clients regarding their account, deliverables, and performance
• Generate analytics reports and track campaign effectiveness

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our own website and, where applicable, on Client websites to:

• Analyze traffic and user behavior
• Measure marketing campaign effectiveness

Clients are responsible for ensuring their own websites maintain appropriate cookie consent mechanisms for their end users as required by applicable law (including CCPA and GDPR where relevant). Surf Sites LLC will implement tools in good faith but does not guarantee Client compliance with privacy regulations.

Where AI chatbots are implemented on Client websites, end-user conversations may be processed and stored by the underlying AI platform provider. Surf Sites LLC uses commercially reasonable measures to configure these systems appropriately, but Clients are responsible for disclosing chatbot data practices to their end users in their own privacy policies.

We share limited data only as necessary with:

• Payment Processors (Stripe): Billing and transaction data
• Analytics Providers (e.g., Google Analytics): Anonymized website usage data
• Email & Automation Platforms: Contact information for communication purposes
• Hosting & Infrastructure Providers: As required to deliver services

We do not sell Client data to third parties. We do not share personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to deliver contracted services.

We retain Client data for as long as necessary to: deliver active services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Upon termination, we will retain records for a minimum of 3 years or as required by applicable law.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures including encrypted storage, limited access controls, and secure payment processing. However, no online system is completely secure. Clients accept this inherent risk by using our services.

Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us at richie@surfsitesnj.com or lukas@surfsitesnj.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some data may be retained as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

Surf Sites LLC may update this Privacy Policy at any time with 14 days' written or email notice. Continued use of services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
